Do you charge per student?

No. Plans are capped on classes, coaches, admins and messages, never on students. Enrolling thirty more families does not change your bill.

We take most payments in cash. Does that work?

Yes. Log a cash payment at the desk and the receipt, the family balance and the monthly report update exactly as they would for a card.

Will my coaches actually use it?

Attendance is two taps on a phone at the door, and a coach only sees their own classes. If a coach needs training to mark a register, that is our bug.

Do parents need an app or a password?

No. Parents pay from a link and get receipts on WhatsApp. A full parent portal is there for those who want it, but nothing depends on it.

How hard is it to move over?

You don’t do it alone. Send us what you have, and we set up your classes, prices and students with you during the trial. There is no migration fee.

Are card details safe?

Cards are entered into fields hosted by AllPay, a licensed Israeli processor, and never reach our servers. Payments are never deleted, so every line stays auditable.

Five WhatsApp groups and a notebook is not a system.

The same week, with the system doing the work.

None of that is bad management. It’s running a school on tools that were never built to run one.

Five group chats, and no record of who was told what
One thread per class. Reminders go out on their own and every delivery is logged.
Chasing the same families for money every month
Cards are charged on schedule. A late payer gets a link before it becomes a debt.
A register on paper, or in your head
Two taps at the door. Absence streaks are flagged while the family can still be won back.
“Is there space on Tuesday?” forty times a season
A public timetable that takes the booking, the health form and the first payment.
Working out who paid, after midnight
Collected and outstanding, live, on one screen.

Six jobs you stop doing by hand.

Each one replaces something you did yourself this week.

Classes that fill themselves
Recurring classes, capacity and waitlists. Parents book from your public timetable, sign the health form and pay.
Attendance in two taps
Coaches mark the register on a phone at the door. Absence streaks are flagged early.
Reminders on WhatsApp, under your name
Payment reminders, receipts and schedule changes reach parents from your school. Every delivery is logged.
Renewals that chase themselves
See every term ending this month, who has paid and who has not, and renew in one click. Reminders go out before it’s late.
Your own website
A public site in three languages with your logo and colours. Its timetable takes registrations and the first payment.
Money you can actually see
What came in today, what is pending and what failed. Card, cash and transfer in one ledger.
