Classes and scheduling
Recurring classes, terms, age and capacity rules, waitlists and one-off events. Your week laid out once, then it runs.
Enrolments, payments, attendance and parent messages in one place — and one flat price however many students you add.
14 days free, no card. We move your data over with you.
The current setup
You aren't running the school from one place. You're running it from memory, and from your phone after midnight.
A group for beginners, one for parents, one for coaches, and more direct messages than anyone can count. Then the one parent who missed the message turns up on the wrong day.
One thread per class, and the reminders go out on their own — logged when they land, so there is a record when someone says they were never told.
The same five families, the same message, rewritten every month because you are the one who has to remember.
Cards on file are charged on schedule, and a parent who is late gets a payment link before it becomes a debt. You are not in the conversation.
Who came on Tuesday? Who has missed three in a row? The notebook knows, until it doesn't.
Attendance in two taps on a phone at the door. Absence streaks are flagged while the family is still winnable.
Every enquiry is a conversation, and every season opens with two weeks of calls, names on paper and places held for people who never confirmed.
A public timetable that takes the booking, the signed health form and the first payment, with your capacity rules enforced before the form will submit.
A spreadsheet, the bank app, the cash tin and your memory — reconciled after the last class, once a month, badly.
Collected and outstanding, live, on one screen. Cash logged at the desk lands in the same balance as everything else.
None of that is bad management. It's running an institution on tools that were never built to run one.
Plans are capped on courses and staff, never on students. Enrol thirty more and the bill does not move.
Ramadan, holidays, a term that shifts. Pause a subscription and resume it on schedule, and rebook the missed sessions.
Right-to-left throughout, and every parent reads it in their own language. Not a translation layer.
Attendance is one tap on a phone at the door. If a coach needs a lesson to use it, we built it wrong.
What it does
Not another database to feed. Each of these replaces something you are doing by hand this week.
Recurring classes, terms, age and capacity rules, waitlists and one-off events. Your week laid out once, then it runs.
Cards on file charged on schedule, instalments, payment plans and cash logged at the desk. Declines are caught the same night and the parent gets a link.
Self-serve signup with the health declaration signed and the first payment taken. Siblings in one flow, on one balance.
Reminders, receipts, absences and announcements on WhatsApp and email — logged when they land, so there is a record.
Two taps at the door on a phone. Absence streaks flagged early, and skills recorded class by class so parents can see the progress.
Discount codes, referral and campaign links, and announcements targeted by class, level or who still owes you.
A real public site in three languages with your logo and colours, and a catalogue that takes registrations. Bring your own domain on Premium.
Collected against outstanding, revenue by class, and a daily till you can close. Exports your accountant will accept.
Nothing is held back for a higher tier except your own domain and your own WhatsApp number.

Getting paid
Plenty of schools still take cash at the desk, and that isn't a gap to be fixed. Record the payment; the receipt, the family balance and the monthly report take care of themselves.
Open the family, enter the amount, done. The receipt reaches the parent on WhatsApp immediately, carrying your school's name and logo.
Cash, card, transfer and instalments all land in the same family balance. No parallel spreadsheet, no month-end reconciliation.
The dashboard learns how each family pays and flags the cash payers ahead of the due date, so you collect at the door instead of following up afterwards.
What came in today, who took it, and what's still open. One report, one minute.
Card, transfer, instalments, cash — one place. None of it is a workaround.

Best for
Any activity, any size. If one of these is your week, the system already fits it.
One person, a handful of weekly classes, and no appetite for admin software. Set it up once and it runs.
Several sites, shared staff, and one balance per family across all of them.
Short intensive runs that fill fast. Capacity, waitlists and a single up-front payment.
Squads, levels, membership dues, and the parents who need telling when training moves.
Term-length enrolments, pickup lists, and parents who want to see attendance without asking.
Many small groups, mixed ages, and a committee that wants a report at the end of the month.
That second job is the one this replaces. If two of these are true, you are the person this was built for.
Any activity. The platform never assumes what you teach.
Pricing
We do not charge per student, and we never will — plans are capped on courses, staff and messages, so growing the school does not grow the bill. Every core feature is in every plan; only your own domain and your own WhatsApp number are Premium.

A part-time administrator costs well over a thousand dollars a month. The top plan is a fraction of that and doesn't take holidays.

Peace of mind
Every payment produces its own document, filed and sent, the moment it lands. No month-end catch-up, no parallel spreadsheet, nothing waiting for you after the last class.
A payment arrives and its receipt or invoice is created, numbered and sent to the parent in the same second — with your school's name on it, not ours.
Payments are never deleted, only settled, refunded or written off with a reason. Every line is attributed and dated, so the books answer questions instead of raising them.
Requirements and thresholds move. Keeping up with them is our job, and it happens in a release rather than in your evening.
You look at the summary once a month, because you want to — not because something is due.
Questions
No, and we do not plan to. Plans are capped on courses, coaches, admins and messages — never on students. Enrolling another thirty families does not change your bill, which is the single most common complaint owners have about the alternatives.
Yes. Cash is a first-class path here, not a workaround: log a payment at the desk and the ledger, the receipt and the family balance all update the same way they would for a card. Your dashboard also learns how each family usually pays and flags the cash ones before their due date, so you catch them at the door instead of chasing them afterwards.
Attendance is one tap on a phone at the door, and a coach sees only their own classes. If a coach needs to be trained to mark a register, that is our bug, not theirs.
No. Parents pay from a link, and everything they need — receipts, schedule, balance — is reachable without installing anything. There is a full portal for the ones who want it, but nothing depends on them signing into it.
You do not do it alone. Send us what you have and we set up your courses, prices and current students with you during the trial, so you can check the whole thing against your own records before you switch anything off. There is no migration fee.
Three things they generally do not do: charge one flat price regardless of student count, work properly in Arabic and Hebrew right-to-left, and treat cash as a real payment path rather than an afterthought. If none of those matter to your school, staying put is the right call.
Card payments go through AllPay, an Israeli licensed processor — card details are entered into fields hosted by the processor and never reach our servers. Refunds follow the cancellation policy you publish on your own site, and payments are never deleted: the ledger only ever gains entries, which is what makes it auditable.
On the record, not on impression. Skills and levels are recorded class by class, and the parent sees in their portal what their child has achieved since joining. After price, this is the biggest reason families stay: a child whose progress is visible does not quietly drop out mid-season.
Invoices are issued from the system to the requirements that apply in your market and reach the parent directly, and everything issued stays in a ledger nothing is deleted from. No spreadsheet running alongside, and no month-end spent correcting what should have gone out right.
No. Nothing in the product is specific to an activity — a school is students, parents, classes, schedules and payments. Music schools, tutoring centres and robotics clubs use the same features as a dance studio.
