Register a student
Add a child at the desk, why the guardian's phone number matters more than anything else on the form, and what registering does not do.
Written for school owners and admins, front desk
Registering a child creates two things: the student, and — if they do not have one already — the family's parent account. It does not sell them anything. A newly registered child has no subscription until you give them one.
Adding the child
- Open “Students” and press “Register student”.
- Fill in “First name” and “Last name”. These are the only two name fields the system requires.
- Enter “Guardian phone”. This one is not optional, and it is not just a contact number — read the next section before you type it.
- Add “Guardian name” and “Guardian email” if you have them, and a birthday and level if the school uses them.
- Save. The child gets a barcode of their own automatically; you never type one.
